Concours d’entrée :
les 29 et 30 avril 2024 en présentiel
Nature des épreuves :
– Épreuve écrite de culture générale
– Épreuve de pratique artistique sous forme d’installation des travaux personnels dans tous les espaces de l’ENSA
– Entretien avec un jury à partir de cette installation
– Épreuve écrite de Français Langue Étrangère (FLE) pour les candidats non francophones.
Le concours peut être proposé en distanciel à toute personne résidant hors du territoire qui en ferait la demande.
Pour cela, un email circonstancié devra être adressé au secrétariat pédagogique () avant le 5 avril 2024.
Registration dates:

– From January 17 to April 3, 2024: registration on the ENSA Bourges website
– From April 15, 2024, sending of invitations to candidates for the 1st year entrance exam
Dates of the 1st year DNA entrance exams :
– April 29 and 30, 2024 in person
The French Ministry of Culture order of July 9, 2021 states that « The purpose of the tests is to measure the candidate’s motivation, mastery of the French language and a foreign language, ability to express oneself, analyze and organize a speech, curiosity and interest in contemporary creation. »
Tests:
– Written test of general culture
– Artistic practice test in the form of an installation of personal work in Ensa’s premices
– Interview with a jury based on this installation
– Written test in Français Langue Étrangère (FLE) for non-French-speaking candidates.
For candidates residing outside metropolitan France, tests can be offered remotely.
In that case, candidate must send an e-mail to before April 5, 2024.
